Professional services firm Xceli Global has announced today that they have moved to a new office space provided by Primary. Primary was founded by Lisa Skye Hain, Danny Orenstein, and Brian Hain after they realized that "wellness has helped each of them excel in both work and life" and they sought to "combine both elements into a thriving work space community." In addition to 100+ coworking spaces and 70 turnkey offices, Primary offers unlimited studio classes, private showers & changing rooms, and a full service cafe to its tenants.
Xceli Global has always sought to provide employees with the highest quality benefits and perks in order to encourage engagement and high-quality work. The decision to decamp to the financial district and leave behind increasingly cramped and touristy Midtown was an easy one thanks to Primary's offerings around health and wellness, which resonated with the overall vision for Xceli Global as a business.
"Since we joined the Pledge 1% movement last year, we've put a lot of time and energy into thinking about our commitment to social impact and what we are giving back to people outside of our company," said Sarah Hahn, the Global Vice President of Social Impact. "But if we don't provide our employees with a positive experience working for us first, then those efforts are hollow. Moving to Primary is just another step we're taking to do what's best for our people while we try to make a positive impact on the community."
